Cambiaron la letra para adaptarla a el idioma coreano y aunque la letra original es un maravilloso cuento que José María Cano compuso para Mecano, con la versión de Forestella no la echo en falta porque su música es mágica, sus armonías son magia, sus voces son magia.

Two of the members are trained opera singers,…the basso profundo Ko Woorim and The 3rd singer from left and the group’s leader Cho MinGyu… that’s why he sounded like an opera singer😅 … the 1st singer Kang HyungHo had no formal music education, but is instead a former research chemist & an amazing self-trained singer and musician who always wanted to be a rocksinger, so he did that part-time with rockbands since University until 2017 when Forestella was born on a tv competition Phantom Singer 2 that was looking to form crossover groups. This song is originally a Spanish group Mecano’s song in the late 90’s. Forestella kept the original Spanish title, changed up the music and of course the vocal arrangements and made it their own. I suggest you listen to the original so you can fully appreciate what Forestella is and what they do. They are a CROSSOVER group. They do not merely do covers. They pay homage to the original song but the cover versions are always, without exception, so exceptional in execution …they become their own song . They refuse to be confined to a particular genre and as a result have excelled in rock, pop, jazz, reggaeton, folk, tango, classical, Korean rock, trot, Korean traditional, gugak, popera, rockopera, K-pop, synth-pop, ballad. They are adventurous, daring and even experimental at times… in other words true crossover artists who want to show that great music no matter what the genre , can be made with sprinkles of classical elements. Their stage presence, stage productions, incredible vocals, vocal arrangements, harmonies , song choices, original works and obvious focussed practice sessions all contribute the this phenomenon that Forestella is today. They are Korean, but are not traditional K-pop as westerners know K-pop. …though they do have their own K-pop M/V KOOL. 😅 and STUCK IN A MAZE…a collaboration with BJJ MUSIC. They are the same group who did Bad Romance, Shape of You, Bohemian Rhapsody, We Are The Champions, EXO’S MAMA, BTS’ FAKE LOVE, Sweet Dreams, Je Suis Malade, Champions( UEFA anthem), Lazenca,Save Us etc, Scarborough Fair, Time in a Bottle, etc …a very long list that I can’t fit in here. Spanish songs they sing are Despacito, Maldita Sea Mi Suerte, and they even added Spanish into Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You.
