Wish I could find a light to fit my machine!
I checked my machine and it was attached to the spool holder using a Greist and a metal ruler. I also compared it with a metal light attached to my Singer 66K6. The metal covering over the light bulb is just longer on a Singer. Let me know if you need a photo to send to your electrician.
Do you know replacement needle size?
Hello Sigma. I am using a W&G needle size 3 on this one.
The serial number places it as a 1937 model making it one of the last ever made.

No, I can't find definitive dates of production so I am reliant on the receipt when it was bought.
