As you say i have a feeling its a combination of both ,Bad landing and Bad driving ha ha .

Nice video. I've broken the kagama wing mounts so many times Ive decided to try the 3DRC bendy wing mount. Postage from US was expensive though. Also broken servo saver arm. There is a 7075 version about but it is out of stock and on back order for me in UK.
Sorry to hear that buddy , yeah the wing mount is a bit of a problem to be fair but I have seen that the asuga wing mount works very well with it , I’m going to give it a go video up soon 🤙
Hi Chris I don’t have a pic at the moment.. I’m away working …. But it stands about two inches higher… it just looks like it would get snagged A lot easier

Ahhhhhh, broken the servo saver on the Punisher as well. The replacement composite/plastic bits are cheap, there's an aluminium upgrade, but it's out of stock at present everywhere.
GPM do a Skeeter aluminium set, so could be an option for you👍

Thanks for the info! i was looking at the Gpm parts funny enough on Aliexpress so might just give that a go .
Ive already got replacement parts for the Kagama so will fit those for now while waiting for them to arrive .

Asuga does fit but and is a stronger unit .. but in my opinion, makes the wing on the Kagama sit to high so more exposed .. also glue the little nuts in that the wing mounts bolt on to , as they can start rounding off in the plastic holder

Think after I tightened my servo saver THATS what cased my servo to strip gears on tarmac whilst cartwheeling didn’t bother to warranty as that’s on me I thought and did have a better servo just waiting to go into Gama😏 just needed an excuse really and I also loosened back the servo saver back to stock and all really good
Another epic video. Couple of nasty landings there land on the one front wheel. Possibly the reason for servo saver breakage. Doesn't put me off though definitely going to be my next truck when i got some funds. Will probably buy a roller.

Totally agree buddy , I’m not one for smashing the snot out of my trucks , air time is cool but quite honestly I’m an old school racer ! I raced for many years so love the ground game .
This way also it keeps cost down and I’m having loads of fun still 🛞
You keep doing what your doing bud and enjoy it which ever way you feel like that’s the main thing

@@ChriswithaCrc agree ..we have oval a track that we race Friday night under the lights its bring what you brought 1/10 tons of fun big crowds
did you change the servo? Mine is awfully slow. I need to ramp up the voltage but I test everything the way it comes out of the box first. 6s is mental its hard to control in the air. Did you lower the punch at all. To me it comes on kind of suddenly then mine is making random left turns I am going to swap radios see if it helps all the problems. I broke mine too the screws are so tiny on the wing I put washers on but I am waiting for a new shock cap and screw to come it. I jumped it was a bad landing but the wheels turned mid air and landed that way it was hard!! Dont know why they turned I have to figure this out something is wrong. Good video keep it up.

Yes i did change over the servo on the Kagama , Mine failed on me on a landing unfortunately , Also have you changed the BEC to 7.4 ? as out of the box its set to 6v . that will help with the speed of the servo .
I think your random left turns will be down to the servo buddy , Or even check to see if the Bellcrank does not have a split in it .
i dont think your issue is with the radio , its more than likely the servo or bellcrank its quite common .
There is a GPM upgrade for the sketer that is full alloy for the steering that will help as well .

Pontypool park you won’t to go big open areas to bash you rc kagama ski slopes climbing that you’ll find jumps up the top of the mountain it’s perfect for rc trucks

I own a Kagama an asuga .. both great cars but the wing and the servo saver are weak points
Hey buddy , Yeah your right but i think ive found a solution to both ,
GPM servo saver from the Sketer and use the Asuga wing mount on the kagama should work really well .
going to give them both a go .

How does this one compare to the Hobao hyper stt?
Hey there buddy ,
This feels a lot different to the SSTE , This is a heavier truck , with a more aggressive driving feel to it .
I will say that the SSTE has put up with a lot more abuse and always walked away .
I genuinely enjoy the racey feel of the SSTE .
The Kagama i feel is more of a Stunt truck .
