I never seen or heard of a vehicle flying into the river like that I'm glad y'all were able to fish it out hopefully nobody was hurt or in it since the owner showed up I'm thinking that someone jacked it them Submerged it under water cause it was probably stolen the question I'm asking myself is why and how does something like this happen.
On looks alone I’d be inclined to agree with you but the cop said towards the beginning that they have tractor trailers drive over it all the time going to (I think I heard) salt mines/pits…..
Are you happy with the change to the Freightliner? Have you gotten all of your tools and stuff off the Kenworth? I really don’t get the owners who didn’t call 911 or the non emergency police line, or at very least their insurance company. Did she say who drove it there?
Dustin! How did you learn your skills???? I would love to be able to do recovery work but my experience is limited to driving an Ambulance…….. You do a great job my friend!
@Towtruck_Dustin I ran a double line wrecker and two rollback all had hydraulic & extending wheel lifts never had actually training and I really don't think there's any that would prep you for all the scenarios unimaginable to people without towing exp. Like recovering a rollover down steep embankment in a deep ditch upside down with only a rollback and extra cables,j-hooks, chains, and snatchblocks.....you just use common sense and work smarter not harder and safety 3rd.
He 2 things how much cable on that truck I know standard in my area is 100 to 150 why not use a heavy with 200 to 300 wouldn’t it made it easier love the videos I have learned some tricks I use almost daily
Well this wasn't a good one to be honest looking an half hour to cables, straps, a jacket and a hovercraft. To find out the car wasnt out of the water.
26:53 they don't call 911 on themselves while drinking and driving. Lololol
Just found this channel. I'm a tow truck driver in Houston. Thanks for showing people REAL tow trucking, no nonsense wreck chasing.
Thank You! Glad you’re enjoying the content!
Hey Mr. Dustin your crew did a great job on this part 1 video 👍
Thank You!
@@Towtruck_Dustin your very welcome
Dustin, can you make more Repo videos? They turn out to be interesting. It really show's the life of a Repo Driver.
You have to use the right bait when you’re trying to hook one of those.
Awesome video can't wait to see pt 2. Of this video

Man that boat is badass if I ever seen it. I had no idea an airboat could drag a truck thru a running stream that's crazy as hell
Car Boat WOW 😮 nice work you guys got to see all of it 😊
2 divers, all the sheriff's and resources. I hope she gets a huge bill and jail time. The negligence and stupidity is just unimaginable.
I did one similar to this yesterday morning in the Charleston harbor in SC
Oh wow!
Sounds like a case of drunk drove in water didn't want to get caught drunk. Now "We didn't know who to call". Yeah right LOL! Oh well. Awesome video!
Title says it all. Amazing job
Amazing Job by everyone on this recovery!
Awesome video... Looking forward to part 2!
Awesome video can't wait to see pt 2.
If a movie were to be made about this guy, Christian Bale would be the lead actor. Good videos. I’ll subscribe now.
Thank You! Glad you’re enjoying the content!
so who's the U Boat commander! 😂😂
They need the whole department to stand around?
I would love to have a boat like that.
Nice big Job.. Part #2 ;-D
I used to work with a guy that had a airboat like that. It had an airplane engine.
Jumping from line to line why not that sounds like a good way looks pretty good 😁
How did they wind up in the water in the first place?
Should've called Jamie Davis 😂😅
I know right where that is. How the hell do they even get it that far down the canal?
From the current flow carrying it down there. See how it was pulling away when he changed rigging?
you are my fav youtuber❤
Thank You!
Good one, 1st watch of channel
That bridge don't look very safe especially to have that heavy equipment on it pulling a vehicle just saying
On looks alone I’d be inclined to agree with you but the cop said towards the beginning that they have tractor trailers drive over it all the time going to (I think I heard) salt mines/pits…..
They didn’t know who to call? What a line of BS.
Where abouts on oyster creek is that? or is it bastrop bayou?
That’s a drainage that cuts back to Alligator Lake.
Oh My !! 😮
You are the g.o.a.t man
thumbnails worth a thousand words😂
I sat there trying to think of a catchy title, but ended up thinking the same. The thumbnail kinda says it all lol
Nice work
Thank You!
LOL my HomePod just tried to call somebody named Donnie, but it didn't recognize your voice.

His truck is in the shop getting some work done on it
@@Larry_SandersHe said that he’s letting a new driver use the kenworth and he’s going to keep using the freightliner.
I would love to know what a tow truck like that one or the Kenworth costs new out of pure curiosity

I’m in Tyler Texas, 2 hours east of Dallas close to I 20. We have soooo many 10-50’s in this area. Is crazy.
I learned everything I know on the job. Trial and error. I would like to get some formal training at some point however.

Moved to the newer truck because we hired a new driver.

@@Towtruck_Dustin Yea I know. We have 2 Freightliner rollbacks. I know the Kenworth's are way nicer
