I didnt even know this event was about to happen, i was just playing with my cousin and my screen started to get darker and shake and then i knew that it was an event so that made the experience even better. This was such a small live event but so effective for us players cuz it was so cool

They need to start planning mini events not on the days when the kids are at school otherwise they will miss out on the entertainment like just plan a mini event on a Friday or Saturday

my theory is that those leaks that showed something slowly going towards the island is the sandstorm and once it hits, apocalypse with break out and season three will be post apocaliptic

I like that they're doing this. Some people say it isn't a real live event, but it kinda makes me think of the first ever rocket event. It was also a short event in game on a random moment.
It can't beat the big events, ofcourse, but it's way better than nothing, like in chapter 4!
I was so happy I was able to catch this live during a squad play, I was the only one left alive so I just hid in a corner as we played so everyone else I was with could watch it with me 😭

I really hope that Godzilla is involved in the next season. Especially since the movie Godzilla x Kong: the new empire recently came out. Maybe there could be multiple Godzilla edit styles that are all the different versions of Godzilla. Or maybe just the Monsterverse Godzilla, considering that the current events in Fortnite are probably disturbing the balance
