Bruce isn't a ball of emotion like Peter so he could probably tame the symbiote and use it as a weapon in his war against crime. If Venom was just attached to a Batman villain first, Bruce would defeat it and keep it as a trophy in the Bat Cave.
Mysterio would be slightly more effective since Bruce doesn't have a Spider sense but he'd still be defeated pretty easily. Scarecrow would be more effective than Mysterio the first time, when he catches Peter off guard but after that, he'd be a joke that Peter defeats with ease.
Well, it would be interesting if it bonded to Batman first and Bruce figured out how to make Anti-Venom in the aftermath, not only useful for capturing and containing Venom, but also useful as a nonsentient symbiote for special operations.
