So happy to see the Devils at #3. The reason I'm a Devils fan is because I loved the logo when I was younger.
Call me crazy, but I actually liked the red and green jerseys the Devils wore in the 80's.

Even as a rangers fan I'll admit the devils jerseys are cool, but I can't believe they don't have a black and red alternate, that would look cool. Also what jersey do you think the Rangers will were for the Winter Classic next year?
The top three sweaters in the NHL are the Chicago Blackhawks,the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Detroit Red Wings,after those three teams no other team's sweaters impress me. Bob.

My top five favorite jerseys are the Hurricanes, Oilers, Coyotes, Stars, and Caps.
I gotta disagree with the placement of the panthers. I love the revamp and think it looks much better than the old jerseys. It's also something new, the mascot of their team placed inside a plaque. The maroon coyotes jerseys are the ugliest imo and Islanders/NJ/Colorado would compete for the ugliest logos just because of how outdated they appear to me, ugliest out of them all would be NYI (then the Avs). I know NJ's logo perfectly defines their team but it's just not very pleasant to look at in my eyes. The green dallas and turquoise sharks jerseys are two of the best looking ones in the league.

sens have a better jersey then the oilers. OILERS SUCK!and a big flash back craig anderson got a shoutout on the oilers.
The Oilers' current Jersey and logo suck, so enough of that. The Sens home jersey looks pretty sick

Also New Jersey is sooo overrated, I mean yeah, it's a nice jersey but it's nothing special just red and black, simple logo, nothing too crazy with the striping or numbering, it's just kind of there. Those ones with the green accent are nice though.

I know it's completely unnecessary but I would love to hear/see your rankings for every team but instead of home/away, it's their alternate/classics jerseys, although Philly is #1, I'm curious about the other 29 teams, so if you'd like, feel free to comment and list or whatever, if you feel it's worth a video in the future I definitely wouldn't complain. tbh I think the bruins got one of the ugliest jerseys in the NHL . I got the Blackhawks and the Leafs as the best logos and jerseys

Favourite jersey ATM, is Minnesota's 3rd Jersey. Love that green colour and prefer that written "Minnesota" logo. Never liked their actual logo.

The Flyers Crest - is a great Hockey Looking Logo. But then again I think all the NHL logo's are better looking then the basketball, football and baseball leagues.
Leafs new jerseys are among the nicest in the league. Sometimes less is more when it comes to uniforms and I think the Leafs nailed it. They look gorgeous on the ice. Especially the home blues. Ranking them 12th in my opinion is crazy. My worst looking jersey in the league is by a long shot the Canucks. Decent colours but horrible corporate logo, stupid cheap looking wood mark on front of jerseys. Looks out of place.
The single stripe on the waist isn't a new thing either like some people think, Leafs wore a single stripe on the waist in the 70's and 80's.
Maniac With Mop I personally believe the Leafs uniforms suck. They are bland and boring. Also, the lettering on Vancouver is perfectly. You're salty about you're precious Leafs being 12th on his list? Ha! My list they are 30th! But typically Leafs fan to get salty and bitch and moan. That's why you're team has the worst fan base.
Soviet Re4aper - Hey now I hate the Leafs or their biased media as much as the next guy.. but really? The worst fan base? Lets talk about your hometown Canucks and how a city of over 4 million people IN CANADA has trouble selling out their building every night. Most of the time my interactions with the hardcore Canuck fans are considerably more unpleasant than any other opposing teams. And don't even get me started on the masses trashing their own city not once, but TWICE just because they lost in the cup finals.
This isn't just personal one guys opinion either. It's become consensus over the years how Van has the worst fans in the league.

If the Canucks did the right thing by ditching the constipated and corporate orca with the cluttering 'VANCOUVER' and made the Stick In Rink(the original but with the current updated white inner border 'C') or better yet, the skating Johnny Canuck, the Canucks would be in the Top 10. I would also ditch the weak Agency font and return to traditional block font with an added green border.
By the way, two BIG thumbs up on your yellow Canucks Skate jersey! :-D I have one with #9 Tanti.
I too miss the Sharks jerseys with the Manitoba Moose/Boston Bruins look, and always thought the excuse that they changed the jerseys to speed up the team to be wishful thinking. My top 4 are similar to this list, but 5-10 would be:

I am a sucker for blue and white so I am completely biased but Toronto Maple Leafs are my favourite, with the winter classic jersey being my absolute favourite jersey ever in all of hockey. That jersey is a thing of beauty and I want one badly (preferably with Kessel on it since he's my favourite player).
Other ones I like: Senators, Penguins, Tampa Bay, Rangers and while I can't stand them the Canadiens one really grew on me and it's a timeless design.
I know you're trying to keep this simple but this would have been much better if you had showed pictures (at least) of the jerseys you liked and hated. And Don Cherry would say they're not "jerseys", but "sweaters". Roch Carrier would say the same.

Technically you at correct. The Pittsburgh Steelers (Black and Gold) called themselves the Pirates when they started back in 1933. But the baseball club's colors were red and blue into the 1950's.
It will be interesting to see what changes the B's make with the new Adidas jerseys. Shannon you said they won't change much.
Now I'm all for keeping the Original Six tradition BUT @ the same time I'd like to see them make something brand new = Base colour would be Black and the logo on the chest should be an intimidating but very good looking Bruin (similar to the Preds) .
as a Calgary fan I don't want them to go back to the retro style. everyone these days is doing retro, it's becoming overdone. I'd prefer if they went for a more modern jersey.

Chad Johnson I disagree. The Flames Stanley Cup jerseys were by far the nicest ones in their history. There is no jersey in the league that looks remotely close to those jerseys which i like. Their current jerseys with the black C logo and the flag patches on the shoulders look weird. I like the horse logo also, but only as a shoulder patch.
The Nashville Predators to me are the worse, the yellow helmets just make it even more worse. Look like bananas on skates. Bu I agree with Edmonton I liked the Blue and Copper jerseys and always thought they could've used the vintage blue and orange and orange jerseys as alternates. But I don't think they'll change from that.
I think it was around the 98 or 99 playoffs players started wearing their "road" jerseys on home ice for playoff games. To me it made sense that the home team display its colors rather than wear a white jersey while the road team displayed its colors. Anyway, whichever playoffs it was, it set a trend (Home teams have long had the choice of which jersey they will wear.) The trend changed the rule to the colored jerseys being standard for home teams.
And yes, the Nashville yellow gets on my nerves too. Visiting teams should be allowed to wear their colored jersey if in stark contrast to the home teams yellow. IE Stars green vs Nashville yellow. Calgary red might not be contrasted enough. Worth a thought though.
Cannot abide the Bruins at #1... one of the worst imo. But it is a personal choice. I’ve never put enough this into how I would rank, but I know B wouldn’t be in my top half. Great vid. Great channel. Keep it up.
Don't care much about the feelings of Native Americans when sports teams use Native American imagery. I've past that phase of my life and I only take issue if the logo/mascot was meant to mock. If not, then I see no legit reason to not wear it and to protest it. You don't hear Asians and swaths of people getting indignant when the Chicago Cubs use cartoonish Asian drawings and phrases when they have an Asian player.
When Adidas does change all the jerseys do they HAVE to change it? Or will they just leave some lol I don't understand. I hope they don't mess up.

If the Blues could adapt the jersey they wore on the 11th or the classy one sported for the winter classic, they immediately jump to the top three. Iwould say first but I don't want to shut out your Bruins. But really that jersey would be the class of the league. Great jersey with one of the coolest name and emblem in all sports. Please comment.
I am a Colorado Fan. I totally agree. Their away jersey sucks trash. Their home jersey is bleh.
I'm a Bruins fan and I love their home and away jersey but their 3rd jersey was pretty good then they went all 20s and screwed it up.

Islanders jerseys are classics. If the Islanders jerseys are boring then so are the Bruins, Canadians, Rangers, Leafs, and RedWings all in the top 15.
The colors, the logo, just the whole jersey is boring to me. It always was. I liked what they had going on back in 2010 and actually bought that jersey, but they went back to the 80s style jerseys which don't do anything for me personally. I get why they did it, though.
In my opinion Vancouver have the worst jerseys but that is 80% because of their number font and the other 20% is because im a Whalers fan and the colors seem strange on other jerseys.
The Canucks used those colors in the 70s when they joined the league, so they are using their original colors.

This is a good list! My favorite is Chicago but I also really like the Pittsburgh jerseys. I do think boston's set is fantastic but I have been trying to pick up the ccm team classics for Boston of the black jersey they wore from the 80s until 95 with the yellow B logo. Those to me are my favorite Bruins jerseys, however the current ones with the yellow shoulder yolk are nice as well.
I'm Columbus fan, and I really wish they'd just switch to their third jersey as their home/away jersey. Not a fan of the current ones, personally. I agree with you.
You should consider the green jersey as the wild's home jersey, because they wear it way more, and that one is what all of the fans buy. I would be interested to see where they would land with the green ones
