Hi Carly, These are just for craft projects and such. I do have a tutorial on my website that shows you how to make wool dryer balls out of wool sweaters. Here is the link. youmakeitsimple.com/how-to-make-wool-dryer-balls/ Enjoy your day!
i’ve tried this so many times and it won’t work! i cannot tuck the fold in whatsoever, very difficult. it just stays like a bowl, i can sew the bowl sides in but not tuck and neatly sew like you. :(
If you are using a very thick sweater fabric, it can be really difficult. This works best with thinner sweater fabrics. Was the sweater piece you were using pretty thick? Sorry this isn't working for you. Perhaps try a thinner piece. Thanks for responding.
@@JanHowell o wow you replied! thank you. i think it might be a little thick yes. i assumed that since the title said felted, that thick would be fine, i will try a thinner one! i really want to figure it out! i am making things from old sweaters and prefer that to using new fibers. thanks so much.
Llevaba horas buscando un tutorial como este, es perfecto! Muchas gracias!
