Small: 6-7 inches
Medium: 7-8 inches
Large 8-9 inches
*Round up if you are in between sizes.*

No, the size of the bracelet should remain the same. The soap/water acts as a lubricant to help slide it on easier. Because the bracelets are beaded to fit the wrist (not the hand) it can be quite difficult to put on otherwise.
