can you please explain what you did at 11:15 where you included the -2 as a factor?
Remember he found the GCF first and it was (-2)? so it becomes important when you use the table because it's sign will effect the end result of the function being less than or greater than zero. Equivalently, you could have divide both sides by -2, change the direction of the inequality and solve that way so that you wouldn't have to be worried about forgetting the (GCF: -2). Hope it helped.
