But regarding this issue there could be a better option for our society to set aside a contradictory opinions which might ignite a social conflicts and division among our society of which one may not like to happen. I'm writing here for a balanced approach where one must also be conscious about the consequences. In this regard one must make a better society without worsening the section of the society I give an impression of a welfare state. Correct me if I'm wrong!

This police dept thing came to light only because of a person or a group of people filed complain in court and did the necessary legal paperwork. It's not about unqualified. Even though they are appointed through backdoor they surely must have gone through months of training in dimapur. So basically if they were trained for months they are qualified.
Apparently Manipur's highly infectious disease called "State Government Job for Sale" has infected her close neighbour. The corruption in Nagaland is a kid's game compared to Manipur. If you ask anyone on the road in Manipur the price of jobs from Assistant professor to Primary school Teacher and from SI, ASI to police constable. Every post in every dept is on sale. Nagaland is mess up. We don't get job(govt.serivce job) in other state but here we can see lots of non indigenous people holding government service (job) in various department in Nagaland.
Before using colony auntys spirit to eye on uniform people why don't you check current deadliest disease which we face in NSSB and NPSC exam lately ks of nagas including me facing this disease. why only money matters and especially NSSB I've seen MLAs sister getting through NSSB without books. Why giving full marks during interview to money than knowledge

Very good move. It should be done immediately. So many qualified and genuine people are struggling because those unqualified appointees.
It's not about unqualified. Even though they are appointed through backdoor they surely must have gone through months of training in dimapur. So basically if they were trained for months they are qualified.
Apparently Manipur's highly infectious disease called "State Government Job for Sale" has infected her close neighbour. The corruption in Nagaland is a kid's game compared to Manipur. If you ask anyone on the road in Manipur the price of jobs from Assistant professor to Primary school Teacher and from SI, ASI to police constable. Every post in every dept is on sale. The Rate depends on your proximity to a political figure in the government. Sad state of affairs....
