Venice florida last night. Saw one only 30 feet in the air above my neigbors house traveling 3 to 4 mph. It was being followed by a police helicopter that was the lowest ive seen helicopter fly. The police know about this. They are loud and the size of cars but half the height of a car. They have two spot lights as well to the green and red lights.
I'm in this area of Virginia also, and they regularly fly over my neighborhood slowly like they're capturing images of something. No they haven't done anything, but I think the operators of these should be slightly more transparent with the public instead of keeping us in the dark & imagining all types of possible reasons for them.
