Main difference I’m noticing, which goes back to your training session, is Amendola isn’t pushing his upper body forward on his kicks. Dee is.
Training coach got you away from that on that 1 on 1 session. Remember he basically said it limits your kick power. It’s easy to unintentionally fall back into old habits.

glad i wasnt the only one who noticed this. That habit is whats killing his performance. DIfference I noticed between him and Amendola is that Amendola is way more relaxed in his posture before and through the kick, whereas Dee's follow through is always stiff and like hes just trying to kick it the hardest he can every single time
I noticed that as well. I hope he sees this comment fr bro. I remember the episode where the coach said he's crunching or something like that
Amendola is horrible when i saw him playing with the texans he was not good at all
I think what we're seeing is that Dee is reverting back to old habits because his mental isn't on point right now, he hasn't settled down and locked in like he was during training, instead right now in his mind he's got the mindset of "I have something to prove" and it's affecting him, the proof will come with his performance. He needs to get his head right, settle down, lock in and push that nervousness and anxiety away and go back to what he learned in training camp and he'll be all the better for it. All of this is 10% Physical and 90% mental which is why Amendola seems so much more relaxed.
Someone else noticed a few differences between Amendola and Dee one thing I didn't see mention of was his mental game. Right now, he's probably anxious and given the way he's speaking it's almost like having a "I have something to prove" mentality which is the wrong mental to have. You need to settle down, lock in, have confidence in your ability. You have the talent or you wouldn't be there, push that mentality away and relax, you're looking very stiff and forgetting what you learned in training by forcing it, remember, this stuff is 10% physical 90% mental, your mental will throw you off and force you to make mistakes then you'll be disappointed when you look back at a potentially wasted opportunity. You got this Dee, we all believe in you and support you man.

Now you're a Brahmas kicker back at the bottom as just Donald. You have to get used to having nothing but your legs and a dream. Having any sort of expectations more than that is just another reason why you could get cut, just like the last time.

Seen it in another comment but it’s true, Dee if you reading the comments the difference visually between your kicks & the other guy is the body, you’re always leaning forward and he’s damn near upright every time, tryna see this man in the NFL 🤝🏽
In soccer, you lean forward for it to travel further.
In soccer we lean foward partly to keep the ball down, football you don't have a crossbar limitation on the height of the ball. That being said, and I'm not sure of the mass difference between them but I assume D is a tad lighter, so leans a bit foward to generate power.
I think in episode two, maybe 3 the kicker coach told him that exact advice. You are spot on
@@sixdaslayer4426 You generally lean forward on shots to prevent shanking it up. Look at PKs.. the ones that shank it are the ones that lean back. The ones kicking down, lean forward. But many kids learn watching pros, and wanting to be a highlight with arms out, big windup, etc... D is reverting to his compression form, where he scrunches his body like he's trying to do a crunch. That is what he was told is limiting his power.

I played college ball and I love how real this story is. This is exactly what goes on in any player's head throughout preseason when they're competing for a spot on the field. And this is the right way to approach it I love it and hope he gets a starting job in the XFL

not to be rude but there’s a reason amendola is in the xfl now. he proved he isn’t consistent in the Nfl so you can’t really compare Deestroying to him in a positive way when it comes to percentage

And if he can make those teams then Dee is more than worthy of being on a NFL team. And that's were the comparison starts and ends. In the video Dee also said he hasn't kicked behind a o-line in 7 years and he's still kicking better IMO than Amendola. Another reason why he's qualified to get a opportunity to be a NFL kicker

The dresser is opening because it's sloped front on an angle. Kneel in front of it and push the top of the dresser against the wall and slide a shim (folded cardboard even works) in to the gap at the bottom of the dresser you made at a few spots and they'll never slide open again. For the shower you need to pop off the middle cover piece on the handle and tighten the screw behind it to stop it from moving so easily. Easy fixes brother you got this
