Phenomenal. I’m actually picking up my Gladiator/AluCab combo this summer & had been researching extra security. Hadn’t found anything better than “but a large German shepherd, and good luck.” 😂
This looks great! Unfortunately the Colorado does not come with a tailgate that locks with your key fob. I do know that there are companies that make them though (pop and lock). Have you thought about putting together a kit that would work for the Colorado guys out there? If not... please do :D Also I love your bike rack!
It should still work, you just need to run longer wiring to the front door wiring for the locks. It's not that it needs to wire to the "tailgate" lock, just to the electric locks. The Tacoma is the same way. I know up to the 2021 Tacoma the tailgate does not lock with the key fob. But, there are several videos on here showing that it is easy to DIY it to do so.
Thanks, glad you like it! For the side doors I think an internal slide lock would be the best option and much cheaper. The rear door deadbolt is the only one you need to be able to get open from the outside.
What is the Rocky Mounts tire craddle you're using? I used the same track idea for the fork but haven't found an elegant solution for holding the rear tire.
Hey! Quick question, I was checking out the molle panel you have on your water tank to mount your hot water system to. Where did you get that at? Also, awesome job on the lock! 🙌🏻
Dude!! You’ve got this “locked down”!! Such an innovative design!! Weld done!!
Thanks!
Bravo! That is really a great option… and key fob compatible also. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks! Glad you like it
So Cool
Thanks!

Glad you like it! Let me know if you have any questions about them.
Cool solution

Now I just need an All-Cab Cabin for my truck! Great idea! Are you going to make it for the side panels as well?

Thanks Jared! I designed the water tank MOLLE panel also. You can see those and several other options on the website, 813fabrication.com
