Idk if you can save the tractor this way but I was doing a new hangar source mission and I found the tractor and was able to drive it.

Yes you can find the tractor on 5 different spots there. To unlock it with the wheel is not worth it. It will take maybe a year or so!😅
Spinning the wheel is gonna take forever to reach lvl 1000
its still a bit of luck. You should grind when the arena has double points!
