- Real Madrid - Atletico Madrid. The Champions League final 2013-2014. Never before two rival teams from the same city faced eachother in the most important game of the season.
SportsGen sportmarketing and Freshmen media decided not to let this unique moment pass. We traveled to Madrid where we captured the atmosphere in build up to and during the match. We did this by filming fans of both sides watching the game on a big screen in their own stadium. Enjoy!
When Real Madrid won La Decima, it was one of the best nights of my life!
I'll remember this night till my dying day.

+Benedict Chinweuba The match was aired at dawn in my country because of the time difference, I woke up at minute 86 and saw the scoreboard 0-1, and I think to myself "damn, is this over? shortly just after I woke up?" and then MINUTO 93 HAPPENED, HOT DAMN.

i nearly slept on my couch and my mom and dad was still watching and Then my mom and dad screamd and Then i woke up and i SAW Ramos score and jumped of the couch and screamd. That was the best moment of my life.

Been a Real Madrid fan my whole life. And the Champions League was a dream come true. But my respect will always be for Atletico. What a team, what heart. Simply amazing.

As a Real fan I feel for the pain of Atletico fans. So close.... All the respect to Atletico team for playing their hearts out. This year it was the same story. Atletico won all the games against Real just to come short when it mattered most, CL. But Atletico have now proven themselves as a top European team 2 years in a row. hope they stay on top for many years. After all, they too are from Madrid :)

Yes if only Bale had not fouled the Defender Juanfran, with his whole elbow inside the mouth of Juanfran, it should have been a fair goal. Unfortunately it was a clear foul not conceded which gave the title to Real madrid undeservingly.

Increidible year for us, we won la liga in Camp Nou, we beaten Barcelona, Milán, chelsea on the champions league. We came from noware and we compite when no one gived a poun for us. When I was a small kid I had to go to bed when Real was playing UCL, but I could still hear the TV so I stayed up even though I wasn't meant to.

I am 20 years old, and I've been a Real Madrid member since I was 1 year old (a gift from my grandfather). I have a season ticket in the Santiago Bernabéu and I have used it since I was 3 years old. I've lived in Madrid my entire life. I will always bleed white and purple my friend.... Not every Real Madrid fan is what you say. Nonetheless we are the club with more followers in the world!
+Leo R. I think you are Generalising. I have supported R.Madrid since i was a little boy, thanks to my uncles back then who talked football from morning till night. My first Madrid game was on tv vs Juventus in 98 . I have seen the high points and low points of R.Madrid since that year. I will never forget those times when we get drawn against O. Lyon or Juventus, i knew R.Madrid was going to be knocked out. Not to forget some crazy signings the club as made in the past regarding player transfer and coaches e.g Diogo, Pablo Garcia to name a few. Lastly you are right, my only visit to Bernabeu was the opening game in 2012/2013 season that ended goaless versus Valencia. Not all fans of Madrid globally are glory hunters.
