Billiant video as always! ---and those clarinets really stood out today! I imagine the fast marches are difficult to play, and they sound like happy birds singing as they march by. Cheers!
The Band and Bugles of the Rifles are fast becoming my favourite band. What is the name of the first march, as they leave the barracks? I've been trying to identify it without success.
Does the march 'Sarafand' hold any significance to The Rifles and their Band and Bugles? They seem to like it quite a bit. I haven't really been able to find anything on this subject. It could just be that Bandmaster Ansell and Director of Music O'Neil (I am not actually sure whether he is still the DOM. The only source that I found is fairly outdated) just like the march. The same goes for Blaze Away. They do play them both pretty much every time.
They are at trail arms doing the quick step!

Good evening Lenny and thank you for this lovely video, with the fantastic Gurkhas and Band. They often play "Bab El Mandeb", a quick marche i like.

I believe it is Bab El Mandeb by James Ord-Hume
