First got into Hijack when I was 12. I knew a lad who was older and he got me into the graff & hip hop scene in Sheffield in 1988. He bought all the Hijack and other UK releases. Great to see that the Hijack members are releasing new material. I could relate alot more to the UK rappers as they didnt talk about hoes, bitches and guns. Thanks from a Skinny white poor 12 year old working class kid from a council estate!!

Make it happen yo! They're live as hell these days changing it up, using different producers, different sounds. Supreme Onyx would be sick! Strong production, aggressive scratching and gritty lyricism, sounds like real Hip Hop to me man.

I would have expected for Ice-T to go much harder on that track. Not lyrically but stylistically. Less huddled and more aggressive.

Good point. I think I was biased by the latest Body Count. When fused with the video, his choice seems perfect.

In his interview about this track, Ice-T indeed indicates he just "wanted to say it how it is" and also stylistically contrast himself from Icepick. That now explains why he's got more of that casual cold-as-fuck talking voice to the extent of slowing down the beat. While this adds uniqueness to the track and underlines the narrative, I would have been thrilled to experience Ice-T going out full-force Britcore style, dueling with Icepick. But maybe that's not the track for this. That's why I think, unlike everyone else, I was a little disappointed. Though, I'd still say this shit is gold.
