Because when it comes to wolves, it's all about family.
Silas and Nikai are captive-born gray wolves at the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, in South Salem, NY. The siblings are 'ambassador wolves' at the WCC that help teach the public about wolves and their vital role in the environment.

Where’s the videos of wolves tearing apart deer, moose, and elk? That is wolves in real life. Throw in the videos of them tearing apart dogs in peoples backyards also. Welcome to country living, not the fancy city life.

When you say dogs are torn apart by wolves... not if they are on a leash or in a fenced backyard. If you aren't going to supervise your dogs then they may be killed. Whether hit by a car or attacked by wolves. It's your responsibility to keep your pets safe. That doesn't mean killing anything that could possibly kill your dog. That does not make sense. You don't prevent cars from driving on the roads near your house to keep your dog from being hit by a car.

Some people train their dogs to stay in the yard. The dogs I saw get killed where on a leash in the back yard. I’m guessing you don’t live out in the country.

I believe these predators need to be managed properly. Something needs to change. In northern Wisconsin I have seen the damage wolves and coyotes can do to a deer herd. This was done walking around out in the forest, not sitting at a desk watching videos.
