So why would I jailbrake an iPad that I am logged in and using, I thought jailbrake means an iPad I don't have the passcode and has someone else's Apple ID, otherwise just erase the iPad and done.
this is done for old devices that are unable to be used because of restricted updates. this way if you want to use your ipad, you still can with this method, even though apple decided to make old stuff obsolete.
