Love your playing, awesome tones achieved. Tempted to by the pedals now. Any chance of a Pedal Pawn demo with their Gypsy V2 & Fuzz combo as they have some great products? Keep up the great work 👍
I was listening while reading and i heard the chopper ghost notes from machine gun and went "what the?!?! That sounded like the recording." Legit pedals. 😮
I nearly always do the Hey Baby intro, when I use a Uni Vibe, a little Machine Gun, and then I’ll jam on Villanova Junction for a bit. The Hey Baby intro, is really great to warmup with, as it’s a great exercise. Whether note for note, like the live studio version, or just improving off it, like Jimi did live.
@@dude_crush_ I'm definitely a Hendrix fanatic! I currently use a germanium fuzz face a Dunlop Billy Gibbons Octavio with the 7 band EQ on it (great pedal) a Vox wah and a small stone phaser from EHX gets me close to the uni-vibe. I really want that uni-vibe pedal you have, how much do they cost? Also what's inside that fuzz?
Very Nice ! Solid playing as well. Is the Jimi Fuzz supposed to be high gain ? Whenever I put my volume past 3 o clock it gets VERY gainy. Is there something wrong with my model or is this normal ? Thinking of using some kind of noise reducer pedal to cut down the gain..
I prefer the Woodstock. The Fillmore is more chewy, which is cool if that's what you're going for. The Woodstock just nails the Woodstock sound, go figure.
@@dude_crush_ when they reformed after bog w/mitch he changed the placement of his vibe and started placing it first in his chain check out pics from maui, hes plugging his coil cable into the vibe first.
@@voidburner8271 Wrong. The coiled guitar cable is black which becomes straight after about 5ft. The cables going in and out of the uni-vibe are straight grey cables. The wah is first in the chain > fuzz > uni-vibe
@@WarriorOfGhengisKhan man you guys are really clutching at straws here.. is being right that important to you? Look closer, his coiled cable has an adapter.. follow the lead you'll see that its plugged into his uni vibe first 🤭 sorry but you're wrong lmao
Just got the JIMI Fuzz. Haven't even tried it yet! That is as close as I ever heard.
Easily the best demo of these two pedals. It's amazing how close they sound.

These 2 pedals sound awesome together! Please keep these videos coming!🔥🎸
Thanks! Will do! 🤘🏻

Yeah this UniVibe definitely nails the Band of Gypsys vibe
You're playing very well and both those pedals sound right on the money. Good job.
Thanks, I really appreciate that!
@@dude_crush_ That's the best Hendrix sound I've ever heard. Don't knock your playing it's really got a thick Hendrix spirit. Great.
Hell yeah!!! Let’s goooooo!!! Once UniVibe is engaged, it’s irresistible to play Machine Gun 😂
I had to play a little bit of it since this UniVibe was based on the one Jimi used at the Band Of Gypsys performance.

You're supposed to get high first, before you play these pedals. It's in Leviticus.
🤣
That is for sure the Woodstock fuzz I just grinned dude insane
Please make more sound with that univibe and jimi fuzz
Super stuff!!!
Sounds awesome!
Sounds great 😊
WOW!! That IS Woodstock "SSB"!
Yeah, I realized that just with the feedback 🤯
Have not heard of this pedal company but they sound great!
They make great pedals for Hendrix fanatics!

@@Matthew-qk1xiThis UniVibe was $600. It's a special edition Tiny Vibe. The Tiny Vibe 68 & 69 cost less. I'm not sure what's inside the fuzz.

Thanks! Yeah, it is pretty gainy. I want to say that's normal.
@@dude_crush_ ahhh okay. Thanks!
thats great once again !!!
if i buy one SX sst57 strat guitar , can i put Pure Vintage '65 Single Coils or Seymour Duncan pickups ??
Thanks! If you're going for that classic sound get the Pure Vintage '65. If you're going for Hendrix then get the Seymour Duncan Jimi Hendrix pickups.
@@dude_crush_what’s your take on slider 69s? Also what cables are you using ?
Do you still have the Woodstock vibe? Which one do you prefer the most? The mini Fillmore East or the larger Woodstock one?
I prefer the Woodstock. The Fillmore is more chewy, which is cool if that's what you're going for. The Woodstock just nails the Woodstock sound, go figure.
@@dude_crush_ very cool! I’d love to hear it with the JIMI fuzz!
Hey was curious what strat you have is it the voodo strat?
It's actually a Fender USA Professional Strat. I swapped the pickguard with a Seymour Duncan Jimi Hendrix Pre-wired Voodoo style pickguard.
@@dude_crush_ Cool man do you have it fliped lefty? I have a voodoo strat looking to get a maplce cap neck though. Pickups sound great.
Jimi used the vibe first btw
The UniVibe was actually last in his signal chain.
