    Bro, here's an idea (if you read the comments).
    Add a certain block-“mark” for the mod so that it realizes that it is not worth to remove the structure yet, because for example on missiles, bombs, etc. autonomous objects is hard to add a seat.
    Yes, it can be fixed by simply turning the timer on say a minute, in the realities of Scrap Mechanic loading this will be enough, but still. (Just as an idea for you)

    I'm pretty sure that if a loose object lies still for a long enough time, its physics is toggled. I discovered this when I made a hovering platform for building. It was so perfect that it tricked the engine and stayed floating even without any thrusters.

    Did you use autotools for this?
