so... I did a bit of math in which I timed one of his drops. one drop is about 10 seconds long. multiply that by the 1000 fails counter and that's at least 10K seconds of footage of him just falling. which is about 2Hrs and 46 min of falling not counting the time in between each jump spent on going through the 5 stages of grief
I have to applaud Jardon's determination here. Seriously, I would've given up after like 100 deaths on the first level, but this man died over 600 times on a level that was literally impossible, contacted the map creator, and still finished the map (even if edited a little so that it's not literally impossible). Seriously props to you for actually playing it the whole way. Also, props to the editor on this as well. The edits were absolutely amazing, and they must've spent so much time and effort working on this. This is the quality content I'm here for!

I have a wild idea based on nothing concrete that the map maker made it ridiculously impossible as a quick joke and then forgot to update it when the joke was over.
The mapmaker commented on this video. From that message, from what I can tell, the mapmaker maybe made this in a snapshot where the physics were a bit off, and reuploaded it into a newer version without retesting.
Tbf to him though, very few people actually have the sanity (or insanity?) To redo those 2 min sections every. Single. Time. I forgot which parkour map it was but jardon at one point got so pissed off he flipped off the section lmao
He never tried to hide it when cheating in insane parkour maps however and always ensured to include the full run without any suspicious cuts. He is a good guy :)

According to somebody else in the comments in premiere you can just find a specific type of sound and then just cut that sound every time it happens (or something like that I've never really used video editing software before) and that's likely what the editor did

I’ve been watching sparkles on and off for a few years and my nephew has recently become obsessed with Minecraft UA-camrs so I’ve been keeping an eye on him and this video helps prove to me that sparkles is one of the good ones he could watch.

PS: The fact you spent multiple hours trying to achieve a part of the map that's impossible is incredible. You're awesome.
It’s actually pretty easy to make a Minecraft video… get the game, set up the recording software, have a few good reactions, maybe a bit of editing to cut down the video length… it’s a lot more difficult to try something different and put the time, effort, and care into a Minecraft video that really stands out. This one was really great Captain! Please keep it up!!
I would say you can knock off like 800 of those "fails" as it was actually IMPOSSIBLE. But I believe you are a dropper GOD and you have the patience of a saint.

I mean, when creating such maps, wouldn't you normally want to have done some testing? Maybe even have a friend or two try it out to verify it isn't broken in some way? Not saying the map was inaptly named, given the genuinely impossible nature of a couple of the drops, but challenges can be grossly difficult without being sincerely impossible to accomplish. At any rate, I _was_ entertained. Well done, Alex; that likely took the better part of valor to work on! Well done, Jordan for being determined to see it through, even when you would normally have deleted this in favor of something else for the grief it caused. It could be that he had where to put the water knowing where you could reach, but then when he got round to finishing putting the water down placed it off by one block without realising. Having already done the testing to find out where you could hit, he then didn't test any further.

I love that Jordan is still making tons of Minecraft content. As somebody who's been watching MC UA-camrs since the days of Alpha/Beta, it's been sad to see them all drop off. This is one of the few channels I can come back to in order to relive the glory days. I hope Jordan still enjoys making this content, cause while I'm not a consistent viewer, I love coming back every couple of months and seeing classic content
First time watching one of your videos and I will certainly be watching more. I just tried a Minecraft dropper for the first time yesterday so watching you complete these levels seems like magic. Possibly the creator playtested it, but only did the hard levels in bits, so started from the top of the coral tubes as opposed to the actual start.
