The bathroom tiles are really nice. We did the total renovation x 2 in 2006 & 2007 and paid £5k & £10k for the houses, but builders and materials were much cheaper then. I definitely do not want to have to do a full renovation again so will have to pay more this time. Agree re: heating and water, you need to have options, petchka you can cook on or at least heat a kettle, small gas cooker, plus if you have a well you can have a pump fitted and a switch to allow the well water into the house (for washing unless tested for purity for drinking) if the water goes off.
I think it's fabulous and it will make a great bookcase. I had built in ones in the uk but can't see us having the right place in BG. And I love the pottery in it too!

I love those old cupboards. I've seen them in a lot of Bulgarian houses for sale.
