    Am I the only Beehive member who needs to be reminded at times, that Beyoncé is Real.
    Sometimes I think of her and think no...then I smoke, and think, Is she real, then watch her videos and think 😳 yes, she's real.
    Simply IMPRESSED

    She always SNAPS on "1+1"! I kept rewinding when she hit the c6, during the bridge 😩

    The voice is a representation of who you are, especially in an artist like Beyoncé. She's not as delicate as an artist as she used to be. You can tell by the huge shift in the music she's put out. Her personality on stage is fiercer as ever and I think it really shows in her voice, hence all of the growling. Depending on her emotions and whatever music she's working on for the future, her voice will shift again.

    Her lows are better then ever, especialy the C3s and C#3s. She fucked everything up with her C#5s and Eb5s, they were fire!
    I don't remeber her doing so much with E5s.

    Challange : Take a shot everytime she growls
    Jk. I liked the vocals a lot. The C#3's in Kitty Kat are inhumanly great. Her head voice is still flaw-free up to C6.

    Of course 2016 was another year of Bey's. She absolutely dominated this year, in performances and her vocals 😍😍😍. I need like a ' Beyoncé's ad libs and dynamics of 2016' because this year was so good vocally. That being said, she needs her rest, i don't want to see her tire out or slow down for 2017.

    Amazing Video! Her ease below Eb3 has gotten INSANE like I don't even understand anymore.
    Lows - Best of her career (IMO)
    Mid Belts - Great as usual, However I wish that she would Stop growling because it IS making her voice Gritty and harsh.
    Upper belts - Again amazing and her ease on F5 is Amazing. When she covers the Grittiness She sounds Perfect but when she doesn't it sounds a little harsh but Growls are Insane as always.
    Head voice - Now, I am so shook at how great her C6 sound. I've never noticed how clean and crisp they are. One of the best head voices ever. However, Above C6 becomes extremely shrill and sounds more like a scream tbh.
    I would say that her voice is in Good shape but She needs to Build up that technique again because it's slipping. She is still technically Great but she has quite a few unsupported notes etc this year, more than usual but She sounds Amazing. On par with 2009/2010 but for different reasons obviously.

    • @rydercdaniels4475
      @rydercdaniels4475 8 років тому +20

      I don't think her technique is slipping, honestly I feel as if it has more to do with the fact that she was constantly touring and was a little overworked in 2016 with all of the live performances that she was doing from the super bowl to the BET AWARDS, VMAS, CMAS, and the tidal live concert event. And from what I've observed I believe that all she need is just a little rest and I'm sure that she will sound refreshed during her next era because no matter how good one's technique is, if you overuse your instrument (her voice), the wear & tear will show over time lol. But but in Beyonce's case I don't think we will have to worry too much because her consistency is what separates her from everyone else lol.

    • @rydercdaniels4475
      @rydercdaniels4475 8 років тому +12

      Also I agree that she should stop growling so much because I seems as though it is thinning her voice out a little bit

    • @taytaybeynippy486
      @taytaybeynippy486  8 років тому +4

      The first D6 might've been a bit shrill. But I think the second that bad.

    • @aweful
      @aweful 8 років тому +10

      Andrew Martin I hope you know her growling is just a technique she uses. It's not because she's having a hard time belting, growling is actually harder but I see what you're saying

    • @drumusic7
      @drumusic7 8 років тому

      Seriously Rob Yeah I know, It's stylistic but what I'm saying is that it's thinking out her voice and making it dry.

    I love your vids as always!! The C#6's at 17:44 and 18:06 are actually D6's. and a Few of the CIL F#5's are just F5. Keep up the great work!

    • @taytaybeynippy486
      @taytaybeynippy486  8 років тому +1

      Thanks for the correction with the CIL notes. But the C#6's sound wayyyyy too flat to be D6s understand if they peak or anything like that but they are very flat in comparison to the D6s that comes after them.

    • @Joey14Rocks
      @Joey14Rocks 8 років тому +4

      Yeah, they're a bit flat and scratchy but still D6. I checked them on the piano just to make sure I was correct. Her voice was very hoarse going higher, which made her D6 sound flat and scratchy. Nevertheless, Bey still slays no matter what note she sings. She is, as you called her in one of your previous vids, the Female Vocal Virtuouso. :D

      There was a slight peak with one of the F5s in Glasgow. But I was told that it wasn't there it was just an F5. and even if it was there it was honestly very slight it probably wasn't worth counting.

Like make up yah damn mind 😂😂😂 these nitpicky hoes so wishy washy!

    • @Prettiboimico
      @Prettiboimico 8 років тому

      J. Cole Her voice is still good, I would say it seems as though her upper chest register is just not what it used to be. She sounds the best I would say at D5 no higher, she growls above Eb5... Its cute, but her voice is just not as light as it used to be. I prefer this Beyonce tho. Much more control and much more vocally agile.

    • @foreverfreshkid55
      @foreverfreshkid55 7 років тому

      Alessandro Russo well most of her songs, from this era and last one. Don't really require her to do upper belts. Unlike 4, B'Day, Or IASF. Her lower register is better then it's ever been but. Sadly. All the newer songs she's singing doesn't require her to go off vocally. Then adding ballads wouldn't be a smart with this tore because they don't really fit the Theme and her being in a stadium with weather issues, because during Formation she was sick a few times. Then got pregnant after September so 🤷🏾‍♂️

    • @taytaybeynippy486

      Beyonce full vocal range is 4 connected octaves note 3.5 And in all of her era's her consistent range was between 3.3 and 3.5 she has never in her whole career showcased below that. Except for now.

      TayTay BeyNippy I'm skimming though right now but some of the low notes are off but just by a half step. Nothing dramatic lol. Great job

      TayTay BeyNippy The first low note is a D3. There's one C#3 on the beginning of the phrase in "Crazy in Love". The C#3 with the "???" is a D3. 0:51 is a D3. I think 1:42 could actually be a B2 lol. I plan on watching the entire thing later when I have time. I'd be happy to help later though :)

    Beyoncé is a Mezzo Soprano get over it she's singing how she's supposed to NOW she was singing like a soprano in the past that's not healthy in the long run.

      Jamil Mckoy Opposite. Beyonce is still a soprano, she lowers her voice so mich.

      Dávid Müller there isn't a shadow of a doubt that anything higher than a low dramatic soprano cannot start connecting low notes on D3, like Beyoncé. Or have as much openness and resonance in the A4-D5 range. Especially since she always struggled with E5/F5 despite keeping good quality it was never as good as a true soprano. If we'd also add head voice her most resonant and biggest notes have always been withing the C5-Bb5 region. Above that she's consistent until C6, but loses some quality. Above that it's a roll of the dice

    She fucking needs to quit the growling and lighten her damn mix, like she did in 2013...I'm sure she'll leave her prime soon so all I want is pure vocal excellence.

      Okay Fidan Thank you! I love a Beyoncé growl, but she needs to lay off the growls, re-train, lighten her mix to gain greater ease...especially since she's a mezzo and her voice is only going to continue to darken and deepen.

      Okay Fidan she's doing that now, but she isn't singing as much.

    An Beyhive said about Rihanna that she's strainging. 90% of these notes are terrible screaming my throat hurts... She tries to make bigger sound... great lows as always but she started to lsot her voice.

      Dávid Müller "90%"??? Now you're exaggerating

    • @Gameworks1407

      RyderC Daniels not just exaggerating, but wrong. The notes are mostly balanced and great until Eb5.
