Now when I have reached obesity recently have been told on the possibility of a list of diseases as a consequence. Praying for God’s forgiveness and mercy. Not keeping a tab on what I put in my body has led to me having an Autoimmune condition. Please try and get the weight to a healthy weight to have a long and blessed life from our Lord. Peace!
