in question 28 3rd statement
there are 2 condition ( if the no. is divisible by 36)
the 1st condition is : - if a no. is divisible by 36
2nd condition is : then it is divisible by 4, 6, 12
so by reading the 3rd statement we have to start with 1st condition and then move to 2nd condition
by reading the 1st condition : - if a no. is divisible by 36 (this implies that the no. is greater than or equal to 36)
then we will move to 2nd condition
so if the 1st condition is satisfied then 2nd condition will automatically be satisfied so the statement will be correct
but you start with 2nd condition first by taking no. 24 then try to satisfy 1st condition which will not be true
