TBC Power Hour Network Adjustment Workflows and Best Practices

Hello, i have a question about adjusting network: when i click adjust, in the report, the elevations of my points are shown as "?". That means they are not calculated. I use grid type control points, which are Northing-Easting points (fixed in 2D) and shoted benchmarks which are fixed in e (h row doesnt work because they are not local). I want to adjust my network and give elevation to my points using the e, grid-type, benchmarks. How can i fix this problem?

From the Adjustment Network dialog box in the Constraints tab under Fixed Coordinates, why does it not show or list the points I have in my network? The dialog box is empty, and how do I add my network points in there to be able to fix control reference points?

one more question, can we apply this method without national geodetic data, just for validation of our ground control points?
