Rocking the Midlands to the East Coast: A Calling Planet Earth Adventure!

Welcome back to the Vlog! 🎥 In this episode, join me on a journey to Northampton's Royal & Derngate Theatre, followed by a trip to The Embassy Theatre in Skegness, all for shows with Calling Planet Earth. 🚀
Northampton was an absolute blast! 🎉 The city's vibe was infectious, and I couldn't resist exploring further. 🏙️
After our gig, I opted for a nearby car camp and stumbled upon the charming Ugly Mug café in Wellingborough, where the staff's hospitality even scored me some free cake! 🍰
Next stop: Rutland Water, one of the most quintessentially English places I've visited. 🌳 Though I forgot to charge the GoPro, the picturesque scenery and a pit stop in Oakham for fish and chips made for a memorable detour. 🎣
Saturday led me to the vibrant town of Stamford, basking in the sunshine and local charm. ☀️
Onward to Skegness in Lincolnshire, where the flat landscape stretched as far as the eye could see! 🌅 Despite missing our singer Jay due to food poisoning, Vicky and Mike stepped up admirably. 🎤 The theatre's unique setup, with removed seats inviting the crowd to dance, added an extra layer of energy to the performance. 💃🕺
After packing down, we retreated to a hotel in Peterborough. 🏨
