I have been waking up stressed becuase of this epidemic and how people aren't taking safety precautions seriously. Until I thought about how fear isnt going to help anyone, if anything it spirals into other problems. So I'm going to take safety precautions not only for myself but people who may be around, try to help and be kind to people around. Giving off good energy is probably something that's hard but much needed. I hope everyone stays safe! And take this seriously without allowing yourself to get stressed. Take this time to appreciate the people around you. But I could go on, I just hope everyone stays as positive and compassionate as possible.
Theo, I am cigarette free for 20 days now. Honestly, it is really easy for me to quit smoking. I just realized that most people (me included) started as a teenager to boost their personality. Now we are adults and act like we still need it? I refuse. You can do it too, Theo!
