Fetus in a jar really needs to be changed. At higher levels the familiar will shoot a rocket the moment you enter a room, and instantly damage you. Also after sleeping in a bed I was given the pillow. It's possible that the item automatically spawns when you sleep in a bed, which is pretty interesting
the new format for showcases is rly cool! one suggestion i have would be to also include the item's pickup quote when first introducing it, since sometimes the camera pan in the background doesn't show it
