(how'd Noma soldiers know about Obi Green cards deal) The letter to Tommy was from the tejadas Diana gave to Kate. This helped Tahsa escape from WITsec and go "off the grid" and help Tariq wit things Ghost cant aka taking shots at Monet. The letter to 2bit was simply to take Tariq's car because it was too hot for him to be driving a noticeable Porsche around. The letter to Jenny was simply to get her off of Tariqs back because she was getting close. Also remember Ghost sent a letter to Tariq stating "stop thinking you're smarter than me" Ghost name is what it is for a reason and ghost was so good at hiding in plain sight and sneaking up on you. He's toeing the line very thin for Tariq for him to be put in jail where he will get a final letter or visit from ghost in prison. Effie may be Ghost's mole on Tariq
My thoughts for Ghost returning would were the premiere because it was the 10 yr anniversary. Mid season episode, the 8th episode is always big for Power , or the Finale. If Omari Narrates Origins it would make sense for him to tell Origins to Tariq. Tariq has been angry this whole time because he feels like his life is a lie and he doesn’t really know his Father. If they do a couple scenes like someone is watching Riq then I think that is Ghost until he returns. If Riq get locked up for Jr murder cause ain’t no way the Feds gonna believe that story after the forensics, Ghost could write Riq his Origin story while Riq is locked up .

Jr said “Sax left a file on everything, and ONCE he got into the green cards he figured out the rest.” Jr also mentioned Tate’s name but he never said Sax let ft that info on the drive. In fact, Jr never mentioned what was on the drive. Sax was caught snooping in Davis office, sax may have planted a bug or camera in Davis office. We just don't know. Jr told Blanca the drive was his way in to work he was doing on his own. Sax could have simply told him there's a connection between Tate and Tariq because sax knows it was Tate who called in a favor to get the judge to hear tariqs case for a bond.

It isn't Saxe like you said because the timeline doesn't add up. It isn't Ghost because he's not alive. If he is alive and sent that drive he got Junior unalived. I can't see that especially since Junior was connected to Angela and Paz was left money in the will. The only people powerful enough with this pull and also needed Junior out of the way is Sterns and Ott. RSJ, maybe because we really don't know his backstory. I am also not ruling out Davis because he seems too mysterious and we don't know how dirty he really is. Great video btw!

Good theory but a lot of loose ends. The only other option I can articulate is there is real incriminating evidence against Tyriq and The Tejada's. Junior used the info he uncovered about Obie, fishing with Tyriq investigating. Tyriq finds it out when he looks at the drive.
Saxe sent the flash drive and letters out. Noma could get a hold of Tate and Tate tell Noma that he gave Obi the green cards . Noma could ask Tate information about Tariq and Tate would throw Tariq under the bus for money for donations to his campaign.
