I NEVER comment on UA-cam videos but this one deserves many! I am someone who has developed mental health issues recently and after listening to this it has changed my mindset already. This is something that I needed, I needed to perk my life back up again and tell myself that everything will be fine. I got the motivation to try new challenges and I will make my life better! Jada Love Thats true. I have known someone like that and everything people said, bad or good, nothing could drag her down, no matter how strong or how hurtful were those words she never cared about them.
That's nothing. it's once you've been torn down where you can brag about mental strength if you can get up after they make you loose faith in yourself. That's when you know you are strong.
Also everyone cares at one point or another and she is not an exception. mental strength is NOT about perfection, or never failing, or never caring. Mental strength does not guarantee a constant state of mind. The world will make sure they throw the worst to break you. You only loose if you give up. In this world you WILL face hardships, grief and pain. The absolutely only difference is those of us holding on to hope and faith despite temporary emotions or situations.
