Hi Miss Laurie, great to see you I find it interesting that we appear to be experiencing the the same thing at the moment. I too was at a bit of a crossroads. For your workouts if you want a game changer. Put more emphasis in weight lifting over cardio, and focus on compound movements. I find that most women are scared of weights because they do not want to look "manly" because of women they see in bodybuilding (steroids). Also, invest in some creatine monohydrate, does not have to be expensive. GNC has their brand of creatine for less than 15 bucks.

Did you have to take a certification course to work in urgent care to learn about suturing and I&D? May 2023 grad looking to work urgent care
No, I learned suturing and I&D with my previous job. I also had a friend who work UC for years and I did some more practicing with him

@@molessamurray5223 it depends if there is someone else there willing to teach you, most urgent care you need to know how to do these things before you get hired, in my experience you don’t get much of precepting bc they assume you know these things.
