Cabin Filter Replacement in a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country

Ron Ananian The Car Doctor™ and his sidekick Danny are replacing a cabin filter on a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. The cabin filter in this vehicle is located up inside the glovebox. To access it, the glovebox door is opened up by pushing in the pivot pins to fully remove it from the opening.
After pulling the current filter out, Ron sees that it is 'smushed.' Dirt and dust can easily bypass a filter that doesn't fit properly. Ron replaces it with a new Wix filter, which he says is a well-designed, well-made replacement. To install it, attention is paid to the air flow direction which is marked on the side of the Wix filter. Ron and Danny pop everything back into place and the vehicle is good to go.
