David Peacock Art Auction

David Peacock's life as an artist began after a long and successful run as an art and creative direction in the advertising industry, when his daughter gave him a set of paints and brushes and told him that it was time to focus on his desire to paint. He then spent 30 years travelling through Europe painting. He is retiring from that now and donated 100 of his paintings to the Knox Presbyterian Church in Oakville to raise funds, through an auction, for a new kitchen and front line outreach program. More than $34,000 was raised, with $21,000 going to the projects.
