Ali! you gave me some tips for tyre pressures for my pogo on your last video. Just wanted to thank you and say they have really helped. It's really lovely that you run a channel whose meaning stems into the physical world for it's viewers. Much appreciated man. P.S. love that new vid idea, I would love to see some sections
Great content as always ! Especially when seeing the falls and the fails, makes it look more genuine. Makes me feel better about me my riding. Nice socks btw
Would love to see some classic TGS in the street with the pink bike, maybe even testing out your max distance/height on sidehops, pedals kicks, etc. using the pink bike VS the hex !
Definitely nature is better than street riding but not very much (as both are amazing - like indoor bouldering and being outdoors - same thing but different) - you could put 2 videos next to each other - inspire and pink pogo with the same route - like jumping on a log - that would be interesting to see same routes at the same time and compare different movement and body positions - as always great video and I am very jealous of your failures and tries with no fear. 😉😉😉
Great Video Ali. The multiple angles definitely make the whole thing feel more polished and professional. And it's awesome to see little details we couldn't see from the first angle. Both bikes into the woods sounds awesome. Please include the footage of you getting both bikes into / out of the MX5!
You are skared, but you are fearless! You are one of the best, Ali! We are waiting for the realization of the idea with the test of two bicycles and the same tricks!
Hey Ali Clarkson! Good to see your out enjoying the hex and the weather! I see you are challenging yourself by following Ryan Leach's trials philosophy of minimal hops! When you made that "crush my disk" comment I got a laugh because I've never heard someone call what you crushed moments later a "disk"! Ride ride ride!
"All the hops" that is up there with "rent this space" I hope it features on some merch. Great video I always wondered why the soil on fallen tree roots cleared so quickly. Jazz claps (where is the emoji for that). 👍👍
I like both nature and street videos. I relate to nature settings from having ridden Mototrials, but street urban settings are just as awesome and can just be something local, you ride it, you own it.
Amazing! I really enjoyed this one. I'm watching your wheel build video too as I'm building my own wheel. It's nice and easy to follow and is going well so far. Thanks for that video too!
@@Ali_Clarkson Buddy, with the way you ride? No need to be self conscious. Squawk those brakes all day! Lookit me! I ride mah bike on stuff mere mortals can't even walk on! WOOT! Wish I had 1/8 the skill you have. Nasty incident doing a slow dropoff a picnic table in '02 pretty much ended my attempts to get even remotely competent at trials. 5 hours of surgery and artificial parts in your right shoulder due to a "exploded" collarbone... will pay for that mistake for a loooooooooong time. Ripped down the fire road at sea otter in 2000 at 50mph during the xc race, nudged 60mph a few times on my roadbike back in the day... laid the mtb down hard occasionally, not a serious scratch, some scars? sure I got road and trail rash here and there... but it was a damn picnic table and learning trials that hit me with "the big one" 🍺😄 You keep the rubba side down n' the shiny side up!
Since I start recording some of my ride I also notice that very often, something what I feel like a big move looks like nothing special on screen. Sometimes, but much more rare is opposite. It's nice to watch that someone get this and know how to show even small moves (which I don't saw on this vlog, maybe becaouse there was hided under big moves? :P) in way that spectators feels how much fun was that ride.
What an intro, haha! Edit: I'd love to see a comparison video between the hifi and hex. I rode a hifi for years, now on a 24 rockman. Wanna make the switch to a hex eventually. Edit2 lol: have you seen Pat Smage's new video? Sorry I'm addicted to tree's being ridden.
I think Ali's videos would be a lot more popular if he did this stuff on a dirt jumper, would be far more relatable to what other people commonly ride. And I think it would be really interesting to see him do crazy stuff on a more "normal" bike
DAMN I love your vlogs so much, really fun to whatch and really inspiring to whatch you clearing these spots... Keep up great Kontent ^^ PS: Did you notice that Sam Pilgrim tried to 360 pivit because of your Videos xD
hey ali,was wondering if you could made a video talking about hub engagement and how much engagement you would need to start in trials, would be a cool one for sure!
Do you think it would be possible to wall ride up and over the trunk, maybe using a kicker to get into the wall ride so you don't get the savage bounce off? Just a thought..
I really want to start riding trial but even secondhand bikes are so expensive and hard to find :( any tips and tricks on that? And my mountainbike brakes are not really dialled in so could you maybe make a video on fixing brakes please? Also is it possible to ride trial with a mtb?
Ali Clarkson I think they might be a bit out of my budget as they are £800 up but I might try to find a second hand one for cheaper or browse eBay are the ones with no seat any good?
I'm curious why it sounds like there is something loose in your rear wheel. To me, it sounded like something inside the hub or freehub is loose but it also could be the brake rotor or caliper. I wouldn't think you would tolerate the pads rocking around in the caliper but maybe so?
Man, seeing huge trees like that still amazes me no matter how many times I see them
You wooden believe it :)
The amount of control you have is ridiculous I love watching it.

Yeah Ali - that's awesome!! Absolutely can't understand why you are that underrated. The best trials rider all over the planet!!
Great content as always ! Especially when seeing the falls and the fails, makes it look more genuine. Makes me feel better about me my riding. Nice socks btw
That was insane the control you have over your bike - earned a new sub here :) I can't believe I just found this channel!
Who else lives through lockdown just to watch Ali I love it when I get the notification saying ali uploaded
That Idea at the end is DEFINATLY a vid I'd watch. Great vid, btw. I can feel that wallride when I watch it!
Would love to see some classic TGS in the street with the pink bike, maybe even testing out your max distance/height on sidehops, pedals kicks, etc. using the pink bike VS the hex !
What a ride! I love the idea of bringing both bikes and doing the same lines. Thanks for another winner of a video!

It all looks impressive. Love seeing the attempts before making it, and enjoy seeing it on natural terrain in the forest. Another great vid!
Crazy riding! Would definitely enjoy a video explaining how geometric differences affect your riding

We need an ali clarkson crash reel 🤣🤣
@@Ali_Clarkson just do it :)
@@Ali_Clarkson Jesus! Just a few videos
Awesome vid... I think the forest/nature trials biking really test the skills of any trial biker, so many variables...
Amazing! I really enjoyed this one. I'm watching your wheel build video too as I'm building my own wheel. It's nice and easy to follow and is going well so far. Thanks for that video too!
Always excited to see you apply trials to trail riding...on Kong Island!!!! Holy moly thats insane skill!!!
That fallen tree is such a great looking spot!
I definitely prefer to see you in the streets but it’s nice to watch you riding in the nature too! ✌🏼
Yay! Mr A.C! Bolt Man! The Natural stuff sure is awesome, Seemly challenging. Maybe do like a series Urban Week & Rural Week. Like Mini Series.
Amazing to see you riding anywhere on any bike, but i Think the sweet spot is really the hex on street.
Awesome mate 👍loved the tree stump wall ride ! the natural terrain videos are fantastic 👍👍
Another great video Ali many thanks, mixed content is the best I can see why you'd want to avoid the streets at the moment though🤘
Extra enjoyable with all crashes, and seeing you pull it of.
08:42 my favourite part is you wandering around looking for a kicker
I always enjoy the Hex out on natural terrain!
My friend Matthew is building a trials bike this month, I'm just looking forward to joyriding it 😂
Ali Clarkson you are my idol I've always wanted to he as good as you and love your content keep it up good luck in the future❤️👍
You have to bring the retro bike to that place!
awesome ! love the creativity and the reference to chris akrigg !
I love the sound of your self-made brakes on the "cheap pink bike". The brakes from the inspired sound really cheap against them ; )
Great vid again!
The squawk of Maggies on a ground rim is old skool trials.
@@stinkyfungus wonderful noise
:-D

7:10 such a cool shot! Great video as always Ali
this was amazing! especially the part with root system.
Oh yes finally that place with your hex😁
Especially right after coming home from riding🤙 Perfect Timing🕢
Its fun to see you changing the kind of tires almost every video for the specific area you ride at haha
What pressure or air do you ride on your wheels?
@@Ali_Clarkson Ok thanks a lot for your answer🤙
Ima try that pressure on my bike and will see if I like it or not🙃🙂
that was bloody brilliant, ali! love the natural log stuff. be good to catch up sometime!
What an intro, haha!
Edit: I'd love to see a comparison video between the hifi and hex.

Edit2 lol: have you seen Pat Smage's new video? Sorry I'm addicted to tree's being ridden.
Have you considered getting a second camera for the second angles? Hehe great stuff, man!
Ali Clarkson you could maybe use a gopro so you can get second angles from obscure places
GREAT SKILLS AND STYLE ! love watching you videos
Always good video editing work from Ali ... 👍 Videos are dynamic and never boring... ☺👏🚲🌲
Awesome riding paired with bike ASMR= *GREAT VIDEO*
Absolutely killing it man! This stuff is so hard like incredibly hard
Impressive lines Ali! 👏🏻
Great video, balls of steel on ya.
I'm still trying to wheelie 😫
Been riding some trees and natural as wel; mate you make it look wayyy to easy 😅 impressive indeed

I prefer watching the street trials but this forest stuff is also good every now a then.
Ali you are a beast bro, the true definietoin of tenacity....
You got a shout-out in one of Sam Pilgrim’s recent videos Ali. 👍🏻 Need to get him up to Glasgow! Stunning bike by the way, love that colour.
I love the natural features way more! C:
ally: that is not what I want ... 30 seconds later... CRUNCH
"Hey man, it would have been easier just to ride round." Said my wife.
The woods are nice!
great video again Ali. you should be getting a ton more views with your riding!!
You need to bring back the red HEX. I know your sponsored therefore supposed to ride the newest bike but the old one looked way cooler! Cheers!
tough guy weqring no shinpads 😂
Great video love the second angles 👌
Great and inspiring as always.
Great video! Inspiring as always!
Yo this vid was prolly one of the best they are all awesome but man this was awesome
2:38 that’s a spoke bender :D
When Ali's most embarassing thing he has done on a bike is way more badass than the coolest thing that I have ever done on a bike :-)
Your intro has more bails than me on my new bike for around 4 months... I am such a coward...
Sam pilgrim added a clip of you in his video. 360 on the front wheel 👍
Those root plates always look like a great wall ride, but rarely work for me.
DAMN I love your vlogs so much, really fun to whatch and really inspiring to whatch you clearing these spots...
Keep up great Kontent ^^

really like these country videos
How are you so underrated man nealy at 100K can't wait
Nice tricks Bro.

you are bloody amazing!!!
Ali you should get a cheap 2nd camera so you don't have to do the harder tricks twice. Epic vid though!
duuuude ali, please collab with Pat Smage ... EPIC VIDEO
Hey Ali. Goog Video man. Hope you do a few street rides with your buddys soon. It most fun :)

“Man, I’m beat. I rode all day today.”
“Yeah? How far’d you ride?”
“20 feet, about 250 times.”
😶
SICKCKCKCKCKCCKKCCKCK SENDD ITTTTTT
I might be getting a trials bike, what is a good budget starter bike
Ali Clarkson I think they might be a bit out of my budget as they are £800 up but I might try to find a second hand one for cheaper or browse eBay are the ones with no seat any good?
Ali Clarkson ok I’ll have a look thank you for helping
Ali Clarkson and also what part of the UK are you from? I’m no good at trials but it woulduld be fun to ride with you. I’ve got a bmx and a mtb
"Don't want to crush my rotor" *crushes ribs instead*
That's better xD
This bike belongs to the streets 😂
I see what you were doing: knocking dirt off that high part to make it lower! hehehe... just kidding
how much psi are your tires inflated to

Ali Clarkson My older pair of Magura MT5s do the same thing. I guess I figured newer, higher end brakes would not.
What brakes do u use??
Good stuff
What brakes are you riding there?
Are you planning an edit soon? You have some great recent material and it'd be great to see it in an edit!
After lock down you should meet up with Danny macascil
I loved the video dude
Time for a second camera Ali!
