Sir I have a doubt. T= insolvency commencement date is whn NCLT appoints IRP but, in ICSI module it's given that CIRP shall commence from the date of admission of the application.

Sir, if an insolvency resolution process is admitted and moratorium is imposed on the company. Post that what will be the status of any investigation already going on under section 210,212,213 of companies act 2013 and can an investigation be initiated during the moratorium period ?? Sir please resolve this doubt

I think if investigation going under 210,212,213 then NCLT will not accept case under IBC.

Thank you Sir for appreciation. I dont teach IBC for professionals separately. My classes are for CA-CMA Final students. There is a big chapter on IBC code in their syllabus. So I teach that chapter as a part of the full course. Separate IBC Code classes are not available.
