Every Sunday we get a new Sunday school booklet. I am light skinned but My Mother was a Beautiful brown color. What Colonism did was make the colonizers and later, some Preachers who followed the colonizer's blueprint, make themselves a God to the people (Matthew 7:15, 21-23) and say it is The God's will. That is the exact opposite of what is written in the Bible, and God wants (Exodus 20:3, Malachi 3:10, Luke 11:9-10, Matthew 7:15-20). To remedy this people have to know the Bible and God for themselves. Exploring his written word (Logo, spoken word (Rhema), and conversing with Him daily congregations are less likely to be lead astray. (1Thessalonians 5:16-21) In knowing Him you will know the truth then, you can completely trust.

And spirits are different than souls. Our spirits dont belong to us they belong to a higher power. Once your spirit are gone then you are now vulnerable to be devoured by dark forces. I am an African Amer lady and growing up, My parents forced Me & my older siblings to go to Sunday School, church, Vacation Bible School, choir Rehearsal and 7 days evening revival twice a year.
Every Sunday we get a new Sunday school booklet. I am light skinned but My Mother was a Beautiful brown color.
Every Sunday from the time I was 7 until I was 17, I would go to Sunday school expecting somebody Brown like My Mom to be in that booklet, but EVERY Sunday the angels white, disciples white, Apostles white, the mary white, the jesus white, the father god white.
This was giving Me a Negative Low Self Esteem. Once we get 18 years old we no longer had to go to church and My older Siblings, once they got 18 they ran out of there & when I got 18, I ran out to & never went back.

It's a shame there is no room for questions in Christianity in Africa. That, among many other things, is the result of colonialism. I have seen the videos of some Churches on the continent where the people blindly follow a Preacher sometimes to their deaths.
What Colonism did was make the colonizers and later, some Preachers who followed the colonizer's blueprint, make themselves a God to the people (Matthew 7:15, 21-23) and say it is The God's will. That is the exact opposite of what is written in the Bible, and God wants (Exodus 20:3, Malachi 3:10, Luke 11:9-10, Matthew 7:15-20).
To remedy this people have to know the Bible and God for themselves. Exploring his written word (Logo, spoken word (Rhema), and conversing with Him daily congregations are less likely to be lead astray. (1Thessalonians 5:16-21)
In knowing Him you will know the truth then, you can completely trust.
