Wendy Williams’ NYC penthouse sold by guardian for a loss after ex TV host deemed ‘incapacitated’

- Wendy Williams’ cherished Manhattan penthouse, once hailed as her dream abode, has been sold off by her guardian, The Post has learned. NY Post Real Estate Reporter Mary Jacob shares this story.
The transaction, which closed on May 10, occurred only several years after Williams acquired the Financial District property.
It’s also the latest chapter in Williams’ ongoing legal and personal challenges after being diagnosed in 2023 with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.
Records accessed by The Post indicate that Williams, 59, was deemed “incapacitated,” thus necessitating the involvement of a guardian in the decision-making process regarding the sale of her residence.

Don’t know who her guardians are, but they could’ve sold it for more and Matt had property going for a loss that’s unheard of.

Can't get it together when it's a terminal and no cure progressive illness, sad part of life is death is a pre-existing condition. Same w Bruce Willis and many elders as we age , the brain can break , it's not fixable! She will die in an institution, that's currently caring, for her . She probably is medicated and unaware of the scope of her ,fate .... hopefully. 😮
She has dementia and aphasia, yet you speak as if the drugs and alcohol are what’s currently inhibiting her.
