U know, no offense but people grow old and pass on, what makes me sad is looking at that old house (FULL) JUST FULL!!!! Of antiques sitting there either going to waste away and rot, or the house will be discovered and the government will take what they want and trash the rest and bulldoze that house, that's what makes me sick, even those photos on the wall are worth a heavy penny, I about fell off my bed when I saw that OLD antique record player, someone's great great grandchildren can live well off of half of everything in there! But it's just all gonna sit there and rot!!😞😞😞😞😭😭😭😭😭
All the photos make me kinda sad to see them just left behind, the home was once filled with love & laughter. Awesome walk through as always AC thankyou.
During its day, this house was pure eloquence. The photos themselves are testimonies of this. So sad the photos are allowed to slowly erode and rot away. These are ghosts of people who lived and died; images of the past caught in a second of eternity. Even that piano at 18:47 is worth restoring and will probably survive a century with good care. Thank you for the beautiful video. So sad the house was abandoned probably due to taxes, cost of upkeep, and repairs needed (such as new plumbing, roof, etc).
It’s likely that there was an elderly person who was the last remaining occupant of the house, who either died or went into a care home leaving the house unoccupied. Maybe there wasn’t a will or any family members who wanted the house, or there was too much legal hassle left re ownership. It’s a shame as it has clearly been a nice house at some point.
What adorable cottage❤great video you guys are the best it has to do not only with the awesome places that you share with us, but also the narrations you do! Great pics. I love the crystal chandelier & the many picture frames...❤
I have to say that this is the best explore video that I have seen...thank you!!!❤what a shame that it was all left to rot... obviously a marge family live here can't understand how no one will keep the place as a vacation home...😢😅
I watch your videos all the time. Really loved your Detroit documentary. Can you tell me why NO ONE looks at the front of seemingly ancient books to see the date published. Have people become so ignorant that no one reads or sees any importance of books? Sad
Thanks for supporting our videos! We'll try to make sure we show the front of the books more often. I try not to touch things and move them around much. Some people think thats disrespectful.
Abandoned Central thanks for sharing with me this video i really enjoyed it it is a real mystery about where did the people go and i gave you a thumbs up and shared you out my friends and keep up making you good videos i really enjoy your channel. and God Bless.
Beautiful house! Would love to restore and live there. Looks like the men in uniforms were in the French Cavalry in WWI. That was likely a bed pan not a baby washing station. Also fun fact: that print of the men on horses in the bedroom is of a painting which is in the Met museum in New York.
If i had some names and if could screen shot some pictures and have a location i could possibly pin point the family or any living relations. I dabble in some genealogy so it could be possible to find out who they were.
I think the house and it’s original contents are from around and before the war. It looks to me that the family might have needed to grab the bare minimum and flee. Or maybe they were rounded up and forced out. I have no explanation of the more modern stuff except maybe squatters? Surely, someone at the city building department could enlighten you. Would be interesting to find something out about it’s history.
If V's are old school, what did you graduate to? Can't wait to find out! That's exactly what you sound like. Go ahead tell so everyone else will know to what do graduate to.
Wow what a magical time piece blows the mind nuttin is updated i love that thou: they say if it still works dont replace it for newer items! Test of time shows thru . I get good vibes from this home . Thank you so much the walls are talking lets learn together what kind of life they were?. Love the whole video thanks take care , Besafe, HAPPY HOLIDAYS
The video was 36 minutes long. How long would you of liked the video to be? Most people don't like videos that long. Our watch time is usually around 10 minutes on every video.
Wow! Makes you wonder how the house got abandoned. Looks like there were many many years of happiness, love, and close knit family. Someone should make roof and window repairs before water gets in. They didnt have cell phones back then nor computers.. reading books was the entertainment back then. Awesome house! Chok full of antiques! Should be preserved for sure!
She really is. Within another few years the roof will collapse. We were so surprised how many roofs were collapsed throughout France. Thanks for the continued support Robert!
What an amazing home shame it was left thank you for sharing it 😊
Thanks for watching Tracy!

Great explore. A lot of cool things inside the home. It's a shame everything seemed to be left behind.
Thanks for watching Amanda! Glad you enjoyed this one!
I wonder if there are any living relatives that don't know about this place! Who's paying the property taxes
That baby changing thing you refer to it a bed pan. The little tub is the actual tub. Servants quarters.
@13:08 on the mantle in the master bed room is a USB Cable wrapped up next to the light?
The “rug” on the wall is called a tapestry.

it‘s crazy how much of a time capsule this place is, considering it wasn’t even abandoned that long ago

Great find! It's so weird there was calendars from 2010. There was literally nothing modern in that house. Thanks for sharing!
I totally agree! Thanks for watching our video Natasha 🙌
Aside from the USB cable at 13:09

They should be wearing n95s. Goodness knows how many mold spores the people on this channel have breathed in.

Did they go on holidays and accident occured?
“Going crazy from reading too much”. No I’d go crazy without the Internet and my phone and books at instant access lol

Very sad this house vandal gome here,,bad. Oh noo.🏛〰️🏡🏠🏛🍃🌹🕊🕊🕊🕊
I may have missed it, but in that whole large house I never saw a TV. If someone lived there in 2012 or so seems there would have been a TV??
I would love to look at the books in that house. The old photos are sad because no one cared enough to take them.
They really are sad to see laying around like this. Thanks for watching our video.
The unfortunate part is if this house was in the United States it would have been destroyed buy vandalism thank God it's not here😊
Beautiful. Left as was. Where did the people go? Why didnt anyone return?
So very cool thanks again AC!!!!❤❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed this one! Thanks for all the support! 🤗
Bellissima casa,peccato i vandali😡
I wonder how many times you said “Books’? 😊
I would have had to checked out the public records of this house.
13:09 weird to see a USB cable in there

Doesn’t look very dusty to me
Probably should look again. It was pretty damn dusty in this house.
All they had to do was to read books sometimes
love your videos but I think you focus too much on the personal items in this one. More of the house please.
Noted! Thanks for the feedback Heather.
Why is there a usb cord in there ?
13:09 That’s a USB cord…
Fabulous video well done guys for sharing this one with us .
Our pleasure! Thank you for watching our video!
