This is why they say if you can survive NY you can survive anywhere. The mental stability it takes to live in this type of condensed environment with so many different walks of life living instinctively in survival mode 24/7. This ain't even a fraction of the things you witness day to day. It gets even more sad. Not to mention the cost of living. It's a love hate relationship I had growing up but seeing it from this perspective after exploring the world a bit just gives it a sense of despondency.
I feel this. I feel like I was born and raised in nyc to save it, thru my gifts 🎼 after ALWAYS having seen it from outer perspectives. I always knew what it was and what it all wasn’t. So i knew exactly what every single person was thinking, how they grew up and if they were gonna stay in their situation or not. It’s a crazy gift of clairvoyance… but after my fam moved over to nj, it got WORSE istg with the transplants, inflation, covid, it’s like God moved me ahead of time to not turn into another matrix, robotic zombie vessel. I think it’s really worth it to live in nyc, IF EVERYONE stopped putting against eachother and making it more difficult to live in due to money, their political views, etc. It’s not HARD. Unitelligent ppl make it hard. But it’s not hard to be, do, and achieve. It’s actually one of the easiest cities to do it, I think. It’s the outer forces and lack of spiritual growth that can keep people where they’re at which it’s a shame to see but it’s definitely no light feat being from tha city 🌆
