The inverted texture pack's crosshair wasn't showing because it already is inverted colors in the vanilla game. atleast, i think. It changes colors depending on what you're looking on so it doesnt blend in

He could’ve been not on Lunar + inverted pack makes crosshair bye cus the normal one blends and the inverted one makes it not blend which makes it not appear so it won’t work

The reason why the inverted texture pack had no crosshair is because the regular minecraft crosshair is inverted, so idk i dont think you can invert inverted
