- Testing out the vesla with the new layout I came up with. Made the carbon fiber battery trays and esc mount myself, also relocated the servo to allow a battery to fit where the stock receiver box was mounted.

I have one of those and i love it. My motor gets scorching hot in minutes. What kv motor did you put in yours???
This one is 870kv but it's a bigger can, so there is more surface area to act as a heatsink. The stock motor is the shorter version of what I have in it now.
@High Voltage R/C OK so that's why it gets hot so fast, because the motor is short???

@@paintendaveextremecollisio8057 870kv leopard. The buggy is all stock in the transmission I figured I'd feel it out and see what it needed. I am making the kits if someone wants it. Made to order so I don't have them sitting around.

Do you think the hobbywing 560kv motor will fit the stock motor mount
No Im pretty sure it wouldn'tfit... get one of the 56118 motors instead and you'll be good to go

@@GAPreviewsAtoZ ddm posted a customer build on their Instagram and the guy fit the 70125 motor, but it looks like he used the upgraded billet mount. Also looks like he made his own custom brace that connects the transmission to the chassis.
Honestly though I wouldn't run that motor in the vesla. Better off with a higher kv motor for that rig.

What kv motor and gearing?
Stock gearing, Leopard 58113v2 870kv for now.
