I'm in line with eligibility for a Quantam. Does it come with an iPod or watch like the Ultra Revolution did? Thanks.

hi, i got my new ilimb a few months ago, and i just got the iwatch, but i am running into an issue were sometimes the hand doesnt change to a the new grip when i select it on the watch. i wear the watch on the prosthesis and the iphone is close too, so i am sure the Bluetooth is in range. have you experience that? any suggestions?
when it fails it gives me the touch bionic logo with a red sign, indicating it failed.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and sorry for the late reply. We have an idea what could solve your troubles. Please make sure when using your i-limb hand with the Apple watch that the my i-limb app on your iphone isn't completely closed. Please try this and contact us again if this doesn't help.

touchbionics hi, thanks for the response. I have tried leaving the my i-limb app open, not even in the background and also just by clicking the iphone home button once. The results are the same, after 15 min or more the watch is not able to send the new grips to the hand; I have to unlock the phone, and connect to the hand, this is not convenient when I am holding something in my hand and I wanted to use the i-limb to hold something or open a door.
I am currently going to school to become a physician so after being in class for a while and I need to go out of the room is when I get this behavior the most, once I get to the door and I send a grip from the watch, I end up having to step back, get the phone out and connect to the hand, well since at that point I have the phone out I just select the new grip from there.
Thank a lot for your time, I appreciate it.

Hi Brandon, no problem we are here to help! So you say you loose the connection when you leave your phone in one room and go to another room? Just to clarify.

Our my i-limb app also works on android devices. The compatibility with the smart watches is only for the apple watch at present.
