Do top ten biggest chokes in baseball history, and top ten embarassing failures in Baseball history one of them should be the phillies 400 million dollar season in 2019, which they failed to make it to the playoffs while the Rays with their 36 million dollar season made it to the playoffs.
it wouldve been so weird if jeter moved to third base. he won four rings before arod even got there and not to mention jeter was only 30. it’s not like jeter was a dead dog when arod got there.
You should react to Barry Zito on the Masked Singer. Not sure if it’s something you’d have a reaction to, but hey it’s something related to baseball lol
I met Steve Lyons (the guy who accidentally let his pants fall down, and also one of the broadcasters for the Red Sox) at a spring training game a few years ago. Super chill and funny guy, got his autograph.
Video should’ve had when Sean Casey hit a line drive into left field, but he thought it was caught by the shortstop so he just went and turned around to the dugout
In high school, I was on base (I believe 2nd) up 8-0 with 2 outs bases loaded with the 10 run rule in effect if we score 2. Batter pops straight up slams his bat on home plate we all kind of shrug and advance a base. Both the pitcher and catcher lose the ball and it lands between them 10 feet in front of home plate. Later that inning my coach would not let me attempt to score on a passed ball to spite the umpires Who had stated they wanted us to hurry up and end the game. Eventually the pitcher walked the batter forcing me home and winning the game. Pretty cringeworthy looking back on it. Wish I had video of it.
6:26 actually, if the ball never crosses either foul line it is a balk or no pitch with nobody on base, if it DOES cross the line in either scenario it would be a ball and the runners can advance at their own volition :) also 8:25 if this violation occurs the batter is actually out and the runners return to their previous base (sorry to be nitpicky! love the vids :p)
I was at the game that Steve Lyons dropped his pants. That shit was funny. Everytime I see that clip I laugh. Everyone morning that summer I’d watch sportcenter in the morning and they played that clip all day long.
6:10 Ladies and gentlemen, the last decade of White Sox baseball summed up in one play. Also, I'm shocked this didn't include Ruben Rivera's baserunning from hell.
I disagree with you on switching Jeter moving to 3rd. Yes I am 100% aware that A-Rod was a way better fielder and that Jeter was not good defensively. However, the reason I disagree is that the Yankees knew this too but moved A-Rod because they knew that A-Rod actually could make the transition and Jeter would be even worse at 3rd. He already had a weak arm at shortstop, that definitely wouldn't have helped him at 3rd best at all. It would've made things worse for the Yankees. If anything, Jeter should've been moved to 2nd base and Robinson Cano should've been moved to shortstop since he had the arm strength.
Totally agree about Arod being the SS for the for the Yanks. I always say that was Arod's flaw, for ,How can you stop being the best short stop in the game, just to play for the Yanks?. He shouldn't have gone there, period. Besides that ,read me, you wouldn't look down on someone if you didn't feel threatened in some ways he is better than you. Another huge difference to count.
4:02 I was at the game with my uncle (who's a Mets fan) when Luis Castillo dropped the ball and I remember me (who's a Yankees fan) going like oh no A-rod popped it up and I turned my back and all of the sudden I heard the place erupt and I saw Castillo dropped the ball! I've never seen anything like it! Sorry you Mets fan had to experience that.
I get the umpire who botched the call is a great guy and was very upset by his mistake but how can an umpire miss something that badly? He stole a perfect game from Galarrago. I think this was the reason Galarraga never seemed to recover and get his career on track after that devastating and life altering play. What's crazy is normally the calls umps make at 1B are flat out astonishing. How often they get it right even though it takes a slow-mo camera for the rest of us to see it is amazing so the fact he missed that one so badly is mind boggling. How this hasn't been overturned to a perfect game by now I don't know. The runner was still a good 3-4 feet from the bag when he stepped on it.
Forgot to announce that giveaway haha, tomorrow my bad
GiraffeNeckMarc ok u good
its ok

I’m pretty sure that the noise at 8:40 was the guitar intro to Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe, but it does in fact sound like a super deep cow moo.
Marc - Share stories from your high school baseball days. STORYTIME

That Diamondbacks sound glitch was what happens when you play Motley Crues Kick Start My Heart at the wrong time.
The thing is, Buckner had the glove down. He kept a very loose glove that the momentum moved the glove with him. Watch “Catching Hell.”
Theres always robot umpires that know where a strike zone is
Do more of these Marc.
I like the background Marc

There were a few orioles ones this year I remember all too well
I met Steve Lyons (the guy who accidentally let his pants fall down, and also one of the broadcasters for the Red Sox) at a spring training game a few years ago. Super chill and funny guy, got his autograph.
The best part of that White Sox Mets one is Ken Harrelson going nuts
Video should’ve had when Sean Casey hit a line drive into left field, but he thought it was caught by the shortstop so he just went and turned around to the dugout
Lol his videos are getting so good. When Ryan got sniped lol.

Thank you for recognizing the fact that ARod shouldve stayed at short. ARod...steroids or not is the best shortstop of all time in my opinion.

Cringe Marc can’t hurt u sees thumbnail oh god no
4:08 being a yanks fan makes this so much more funny
Just missing Puig catching a pop to center, and Pujols tagging from first to advance to second then mocking Puig.
Didnt even watch the whole clip at the end lol
I love when Burnett hit the window the grounds crew guy just stared at the truck thinking “what have I done to deserve this”
I remember that Milton Bradley moment LMAO
“What is that, a cow moo?” It’s a rock song 😂
I don't know if I'd call Bradley "a bit of a goofball". He physically abused his wife to death.
I was at the game that Steve Lyons dropped his pants. That shit was funny. Everytime I see that clip I laugh. Everyone morning that summer I’d watch sportcenter in the morning and they played that clip all day long.
Thing is, that was totally in character for Steve Lyons, the guy who would play Hangman in the infield dirt.
You should do a Kevin Kiermier defensive highlights
That Lincecum throw was extremely filthy
Hey marc I got a video idea for you do the best player from each elite college
Giraffe you should make a second channel only for these type of reactions like kot4q so you don't get banned for things like copyright issues
He can’t get banned but he can get coprighr strikes and all the money goes to the makers of the video
6:10 Ladies and gentlemen, the last decade of White Sox baseball summed up in one play.
Also, I'm shocked this didn't include Ruben Rivera's baserunning from hell.

8:48 They “accidentally” played Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe
I think that Marc should collab with Stark Raving Sports. Both salty Mets fans, and both absolute baseball geeks.
Not only did Luis Castillo drop the easy pop-up, he then pressed the wrong button and threw the ball to second instead of home. Ughhh.
I would love you to react to:
Funny/Joking Moments
Worst Baseball Injuries
Umpires getting injured

I feel bad for Luis Castillo he was literally having a panic attack after the game and fans even said they were going to kill him
Can we get an update with the Diamondbacks letting Daniel Vogelbach, who can't run, score while barely being able to walk?
It was the starting rev to "Kick Start My Heart" by Motley Crue, somehow. Not a cow moo.
Imagine if it was, though.
MLB fights reaction
Thanks Marc!
8:38 that happened to me when I was catching. My coach sent me out to pitch next inning.
It was obvious that Castillo was gonna be here. That was actually weird because Castillo didn't make too many errors
You should do most embarrassing moments next
It's hard to find any of this cringe worthy ever since downloading TikTok's app
5:41 when your playing the nes rbi baseball and you throw into the field
I think Marc's reactions to these were more cringey than the actual plays
