You made traditional type antenna ....It never recieve high frequency signals at all. The micro circuit you removed from dish box contains important components like oscillator, mixer, etc . You made fake video .....impossible..... You didn't show continue video from dish to tv and not showed wire also for reality.

The size of the antenna doesn't look suitable for receiving anything but hi-UHF signals, which may now be unavailable in the U.S.
If you are in the US , you should not be waiting your time to salvage things. Buy a new antenna and you are set.
