I bought the library and couple of weeks ago in the Spitfire sale whilst pleased with it so far, it's definitely not going to match everyone's idea of what epic should be. I'm lucky to have other libraries such as Symphonic Destruction that cover the other bases too. But Colossus aims in that territory in between thats still distinguishable as the instruments themselves rather than mangled. I do find the samples particularly in the Low Strings longs jumping around a lot, both in terms of volume and attack time which is super annoying. Tried unlinking the scale and depth controls which helps partly, but seems to me this is a library that needs more work to iron out all the bugs. Did you experience this during the making of your review? I was keeping the sliders completely static and still experiencing this random volume/attack issue.
