She is a gorgeous Draculaura. Her packaging definitely fits in with the old school SDCC MH dolls.

one thing i like about freak du chic drac a bit more is it seems they lightened her skin tone again and made it less saturated in pink which imo i feel gives her a better contrast with her outfit pieces like yes it’s super minor but idk im a nerd
omg i was so excited once i saw the official post but then i saw her bodest and i was a lil disapointed but none the less i still think its worth it to get her(maybe) her makup makes up for it though
The way the doll is posed with the accessory seems like she is making a backflip in the air like in her teaser video. That's why the crowd in at her feet

This will be my first time attempting to buy from mattel creations. Can someone please tell me how long does it typically take to ship a doll like this?
Hi! I'm in Australia so for me it can take 1 month or more depending on when she ships. But if you're in America it should only take a couple weeks!

@@ImNewskirtsAwesome! Yeah it will probably take around the same time as me! However there have been a few delays in some of the recent dolls. My friend only just got her Ghoulia after waiting months for her to ship so just keep that in mind!
Freak du chic is my fave Mh line ever so if I don’t get this doll It will be my joker origin

Any tips about how to buy on Mattel creations? I couldn’t get my frankie last year :(
It’s best to have purchased from the site in the past just so you can have your information saved, but they do a queue now where if you get there right at the time of drop (12pm PST) and add her to your cart you’ll be in line to pay and can add your info there when it’s your turn
@@Courtly_Jester Important to note this doesn't secure any dolls or hold a spot though. The queue does exist, but you can still end up with nothing if you take too long at check out.

i really hope i can get her this friday. im on vacay in Portugal visitin fam and it will be 5pm here when she drops and illve to try ti get her on my phone and i hope i manage it ( hope my wifi or the website doesnt crash/ slow and that my info is already saved)

Yea I just checked a G1 count fabulous and I never noticed he has that face they brought it out more with this one. I would of thought it was a new sculpt but it’s not a creeproductions or reel drama it’s my original Draculaura’s and Colldctor Draculaura 2015 also has rooted eyelashes
I’m gonna be honest, i’m not a huge fan of this doll. It definitely matches the line, but something feels super off. Idk if it is the face or the outfit, but I personally like the rest of the line more

I think the originals are more a homage to 1930's style circus/carnival and Draculaura is more Vegas style Circus Circus....she kind of overshadows the originals, like a pick me! vibe, which is anti-Drac, more Cleo....I'm probably waaay overthinking a doll , but, having said THAT, I've got them all and love them all dearly as I've collected Mardi Gras, Jester, Harlequin, Pierrot, Carnival dolls for about forty years now and Freak du Chic got me hooked on Monster High last fall. 🥰
