Just A Map Mission, Honest

I've had difficulty learning how to import a map mission created online or with other software into my DJI Mini 4 Pro controller. Some information I've seen suggests that it is impossible, so in this video, I will share how I made my own DIY map mission using straight waypoints and not the stupid curves offered by DJI.
Don't get me wrong, I love my M4P and several other DJI products that I own. I am disappointed that DJI doesn't allow us to make straight waypoint lines with this drone. I am still learning about all things drone-related, so expecting me to upgrade to the super expensive drone to experiment with a feature like map-making is not logical.
My DIY solution. I created six separate waypoint files, each with two points to make a straight line. For example, one goes west to east over the area to be mapped, and then I make another file with the waypoint going in the opposite direction, again with just two points and a few feet apart from the previous path. Six waypoint files in total. Each waypoint set ends with a hover command. It only takes a few seconds to load the next waypoint file in the sequence and start it. I keep the camera clicking away in five-second intervals. I thought about stopping the camera while I load the next file, but I would be angry at myself if I forgot to restart the camera.
The drone mapping software, WebODM, has me very excited. I bought the desktop version because I can make as many maps as I want for one price. Their online service works great, but after exhausting the free credits they provide, I would have to pay for more maps. My gaming PC has plenty of muscle for the types of maps I would ever make so the desktop software was my choice.
